My inspiration for the word Spence (Spens - phonetically) comes from an Olde English word for pantry. To be A Spense is to be a kitchen (pantry) helper. In the Nāked Spens, we will explore not just food, but the beauty of a well-honed kitchen in the modern day busy home. I will not solely focus on recipes, of which I rarely use, but what makes the kitchen - from tools to staples. So stay tuned for the first blog!
